Articles are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to us, in perfect condition within 14 working days, accompanied by your original packaging and documentation. Thank you to go to your account to make your return request. Returns will be accepted by STEPHAN HELLEC only if you have immediately contacted us by clicking on the link “contact”. No item will be accepted if they are returned damaged or used. The return costs are your responsibility. It is also your duty to insure all the items in transit.
